Sessions are typically around 45-60 minutes, depending on appointment type and clinical needs. 
A referral is not always required. You can contact Ropheka directly. If your symptoms suggest medical assessment is needed first, the physiotherapist will advise you.

Yes. Home exercises are often an important part of rehabilitation. Your physiotherapist will teach exercises appropriate for you. 
Yes, home physiotherapy may be available for suitable patients. Availability depends on location, clinical needs and scheduling. 
Appointments are recommended so sufficient one-to-one time can be reserved.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the relevant area to be assessed and lets you move easily. 
Bring relevant referral letters, imaging or medical reports, medication information and any post-surgical protocol if available.
